Polly is passionate about helping professionals become confident, impactful leaders. She empowers global talents to own their leadership journey and become go-to experts in their fields.

Beyond the corporate world, she co-founded Thrive Hong Kong, an education charity that has supported over 500 under-resourced children by building confidence and expanding their opportunities.

Passionate about organizational development, intrapreneurship, and sustainability, she empowers organizations to thrive in the future of work.
