Polly Chan is a seasoned leadership trainer, coach, and HR consultant with over 20 years of global experience. She has led talent strategy and organizational development for Fortune 500 and top international firms across Technology, FinTech, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Aviation sectors.

Polly is passionate about helping professionals become confident, impactful leaders. She empowers global talents to own their leadership journey and become go-to experts in their fields.

Beyond the corporate world, she co-founded Thrive Hong Kong, an education charity that has supported over 500 under-resourced children by building confidence and expanding their opportunities.

Polly currently serves as the Managing Director and Corporate Trainer at the Center for Leadership Studies (Asia).

Diana leads innovative, challenge-based learning programs and has worked with top-tier clients like HSBC, Peninsula Hotels, Cathay Pacific, Chanel. Passionate about organizational development, intrapreneurship, and sustainability, she empowers organizations to thrive in the future of work.
