Course Overview
Situational Leadership® 1-on-1 coaching program allows individual Situational Leader to personalize their learning journey in excelling the application of the Situational Leadership® model one step at a time.
All learners are required to attend a prior training of either the Situational Leadership® Essentials or the Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders program. By attending the the Situational Leadership® 1 on 1 coaching program, which consists of three one-hour 1-on-1 coaching sessions with our certified trainer, Leader will be able to focus and build their strength in applying the Situational Leadership® model to align, diagnose, adapt and communicate the four leadership styles with confidence, certanty and impact.
